We represent multiple financial institutions before the High Courts and specialised courts and tribunals in various forms of litigation such as recovery matters under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 and regulatory proceedings under the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.x

We specialise in laws governing healthcare provision across the country. Over the years, we have defended and represented premier healthcare establishments, senior doctors, surgeons, nursing and medical staff as well as administrative personnel associated with hospitals, clinics and laboratories in claims of medical/clinical negligence.
Our representative experience in such matters spans regulatory proceedings before the Sindh Healthcare Commission and the Punjab Healthcare Commission and in tortious claims before the High Court of Sindh at Karachi and the District and Sessions Courts including Consumer Protection Courts.
Additionally, we have also entered appearance for doctors and surgeons in cases where allegations of criminal negligence have been made and assisted them in the preparation of depositions before Anti Terrorism Courts.
